Spartan’s Quality Assurance Program
Our quality assurance program promotes the delivery of reliable, complete, and accurate products and services by minimizing the transmission of errors through quality planning, quality control and quality improvement processes. Spartan’s approach to providing quality assurance is to establish and maintain quality controls during the entire lifecycle of a task.
Spartan applies a systematic and analytical approach to implementing quality assurance solutions. From inception, through implementation, to completion, we make certain that the product and/or process meets its intended purpose. We design and implement quality assurance plans that address each customer’s desired quality objectives and requirements. Our performance measures and quality assurance plans improve the quality and timeliness of deliverables, software functionality and program procedures. We use proven methods and systems for periodic measurement, collection and reporting of performance data and results.
Our SeaPort-e PMO follows quality assurance processes and guidelines defined in Program Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®). Coordination and communication among our customers, Spartan practitioners, and task order specific subcontractors will be facilitated through our dedicated, secure web portal. This allows for greater collaboration and efficiency, giving government SeaPort-e program managers and contract personnel full visibility on the status, cost, and management of all task orders.
Spartan’s quality management approach is designed to prevent, reduce, or eliminate problems that might compromise the ability to perform in a timely manner, within budget or within the scope of the task order requirements.
Our approach includes:
- Developing a Quality Management Program Plan for the contract.
- Establishing and monitoring metrics for project objectives.
- Establishing quality management processes that include monitoring and assessing performance.
- Establishing quality objectives, deciding the scope and frequency of quality assessments and reporting policies.
- Conducting periodic Quality Management Reviews.
